The Mission
Board Leaders is a business organization dedicated to Board Excellence, whose members meet throughout the year in a social but working environment. They discuss relevant issues and share experiences that impact on their boards from a best practice, corporate governance and legal standpoint.
The organization is membership driven and conducts a series of breakfast and full day seminars in an interactive roundtable format with subjects based on our members’ suggestions.
Our approach is purposely different both in presentation and content. We emphasize practical common sense solutions to those critical issues facing boards and their independent and management directors.
Our primary source for these solutions is the collective experience of our members. They are experienced directors and professionals who make active contributions, are committed to improving themselves professionally and respect the value of each other’s time.
